Modes of Presentation

PHYSICAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

• Please use the official conference PowerPoint template downloaded from the ICETVESS2025 website.

• Prepare your presentation slides and ensure the following are included: Paper ID, Paper Title, Author(s)’ Name, and Presenter’s Name.

• File Naming Format – Kindly name your files using your Paper ID (Ex: ICETVESS2025_001)

Physical Presentation Guidelines

• Presentation duration must not exceed 10 minutes and Q&A session will be 5 minutes after presentation.

• Best presenter will be awarded for each break room.

• Please check the parallel session schedule on the ICETVESS2025 website three (3) days before the event.

• Presenters must be at the assigned room 10 minutes earlier (breakout room).

Virtual Presentation (via Google Meet) Guidelines

  • The virtual presentation will take place through Google Meet. Please follow the instructions below:
  • • Prepare and record your presentation using any recording application.
    • Duration: 10 minutes
    • Format: MP4 File Size: Maximum 250 MB (to ensure smooth uploading and playback).
    • Submit your recorded presentation video (MP4) together with the slide presentation to the ICETVESS 2025 Committee via link below.
    • During the conference, your video will be played during the assigned slot.
    • Presenters must be online via Google Meet during their presentation slot. Link will be given 3 days before event.
    • Presenter are required to use the official ICETVESS2025 background during the online session. The background image can be downloaded from the ICETVESS2025 website.
    • Q&A session will begin immediately after the video ends for 5 minutes.
    • Please check the parallel session schedule on the ICETVESS2025 website three (3) days before the event.

Submission Deadline

All presentation materials (slides and video) must be submitted by 22 August 2025.
